Casa La Chiocciolina

Casa La Chiocciolina is an exceptional design holiday home built by two Belgian architects, who dreamt of their own hideaway in the sunny Sicily. They built this house together with Sicilian craftsmen using local, traditional and natural materials such as the stone walls with bricks from a local stone quarry built in an organic shape following the landscapes.

You can reach Casa La Chiocciolina through a long private driveway (shared with Casa Rucollina) between olive and almond trees.

The location and the house are equally impressive ... bright, spacious and stylishly decorated with Italian design furniture.

The house of 150m2 is well located on a plot of ​​17.000m2 in the sunny South East, with endless views over almond and olive trees, the baroque town of Noto and a magnificent view over the valley. La Chiocciolina has a capacity for 4 people and has all the modern luxury and comfort.

The form of the house is really designed and integrated in the shape of the plot and looks like a chiocciola (@ in Italian)
